AGENTWORLD / YOUR DATA
Privacy policy
Last updated October 8, 2026
AgentWorld is a work-assistance application provided by AB Integrations Inc. This policy describes the application and this public website. For privacy questions or requests, contact andrew@ainvr.com.
Data we access
When you connect Google, AgentWorld receives account identity information needed to verify the connected account and OAuth credentials that allow continued access. With Gmail read permission, it can access message metadata, such as sender, recipients, subject and time, and selected message content needed for searches, summaries and follow-ups. If you separately enable and authorize sending, it can send the email you authorize from that account.
Other supported connections can provide mail, calendar or chat information according to their permissions. Information you enter in AgentWorld, including conversations, attachments, project records and decisions, is also processed to provide the workspace.
Why we use this information
AgentWorld uses connected data to provide the visible features you request or configure: reviewing work, answering questions, producing briefs, proposing actions, maintaining project context and performing authorized actions. Scheduled routines use their configured accounts and permissions. Connecting an account does not guarantee that every message or source will be reviewed.
AI processing and sharing
Relevant messages, selected account content, project context and conversation history may be sent to the AI provider configured for a task. That provider may run locally or be a hosted service outside your organization. Model changes, eligible fallback routes and consultations can send relevant context to another configured provider. Hosted providers process data under their own applicable terms and retention settings; local application storage does not mean that processing stays on your computer.
Workspace administrators must select services and settings appropriate for the data they connect and inform authorized users about those choices. People with authorized workspace or infrastructure access may be able to access retained records. Do not connect organizational accounts unless you are authorized to do so.
Google data and Limited Use
Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs must comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is used for the user-facing features described above, not sold or used for advertising or credit decisions. It must not be used to train general-purpose AI models. Administrators must choose AI-provider arrangements consistent with these restrictions.
We do not permit staff or service providers to read Google user data except with affirmative permission for specific data, when necessary for security or legal obligations, or as otherwise allowed by Google's Limited Use rules. Transfers are limited to providing the consented features and the exceptions permitted by those rules.
Storage, protection and retention
Depending on your installation, data is stored on your device or workspace infrastructure, including a shared database and backups. Stored records can include your conversations, generated replies and summaries, project items, routine findings, account references, and operational and audit metadata. Summaries and replies may contain information derived from connected accounts. Reading a message is not the same as storing a complete mailbox archive.
AgentWorld uses access controls and protected credential storage; shared sign-ins are sealed for machines linked to the workspace. These measures do not eliminate all risks. Retention depends on the installation and record type; there is no single automatic deletion period for all workspace data. Copies retained by a hosted AI provider follow that provider's terms and settings.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can stop routines, change permitted account access, and revoke AgentWorld's access in your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future authorized access but does not itself delete previously generated workspace records or backups.
Contact your workspace administrator or andrew@ainvr.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of retained personal information and credentials. We will verify the request and explain what can be removed, any applicable legal obligations, and any backup or service-provider limitations. Avoid emailing passwords, tokens or sensitive message content with your request.
This website
These informational pages do not ask you to connect your mailbox and contain no advertising or analytics scripts. The hosting service may record ordinary web-request information, including IP address, requested page and time, for operation and security. Following a link to another service is subject to that service's privacy practices.
Changes and contact
We will update this page when practices change. Material changes to Google data use require appropriate notice and renewed consent before the new use. Questions may be sent to andrew@ainvr.com.
